There has been a lot going on over at "THE DEN FULL OF TALENT". Many changes have taken place, new artists have been added and the small independent label from Brooklyn, NY is now moving into more competitive areas.

WAYNE JONES ELEVATED TO CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD
The Board of Directors of Wayne Management Company, the corporate entity that owns B.L.E.M.G., has voted to elevate Wayne Jones to Chairman of the Board. The move allows Wayne to develop his Board of Directors for the independent label. Currently joining him is the CEO of BLEMG as well as the newly appointed President, Lajuana Hobbs.
It was a tough year for Wayne, who, after losing his daughter at the end of 2016, lost his mother at the beginning of 2017. After a short mourning period (VERY SHORT), Wayne negotiated the appearances of Sweet Tee Ali, Nyce 1, Yung G.T. and others to perform for the Hit 'Em 'Up Tour for Maravi Management. In May 2017, he released the company's 4th Album/Mixtape "CONCRETE JUNGLE", which won Poze Productions' Best Mixtape for the month of May; and then went on to win Hip Hop Album of the Year at Poze Productions' Born to Perform Event at the X-Pozing Music Awards in August 2017.

SYNTHIA ROBINSON LEADS THE NEW GENERATION
With Wayne Jones moving into the Chairman's position it left the door open for a new Chief Executive Officer. "I needed someone that had the same mindset as me and has been around me long enough to know what I would do." said Wayne. Well, there was only one person for that.
Synthia "Blak Cheri" Robinson, formerly President of the label, was promoted by Wayne to be the sole Chief Executive Officer (she spent the last 9 months as Co-CEO with Wayne Jones). In a very compassionate way, she showed not only that she belongs in the position, but she also showed her appreciation for the promotion.
Synthia Robinson, along with Sonya Singh-Gillis, President of Sonya Children Care Foundation, based in Linden, Guyana, have teamed up to form a non-profit organization called DOMESTIC VIOLENCE, NOT ME! FOUNDATION (#DVNOTME). The motto and goal of the organization, in her words "We want to rebuild what was torn down by hate with love, honor and respect. The ladies have organized their first event with a undisclosed organization (for the protection of its clients) scheduled for Mother's Day, May 13, 2018. #DVNOTME officials plan on giving out packages of love and support to clients that will consist of a single rose, a mother's day card and a book from the Battleready Book Series - War Stories - Volume I by Titi Ladette for Remember to Think Pink Publications. Wayne Jones, also serving as Managing Director of #DVNOTME, is also an author in the book series
(War Stories - Volumes 1 & 2)
Synthia Robinson, p/k/a Blak Cheri, will be performing live along with a rap group developed by Brooklyn native, "The Mad Scientist", George Brown of George Brown Entertainment Group, to help raise the spirits of these strong women who just needs a little support as they rebuild.

POET JUST ROBERT
(Robert Terry p/k/a Poet Robert)
After the failed attempt to produce a collaborative Gospel Album, Wayne's desire to build a Gospel Division for B.L.E.M.G. did not diminish; it increased.
Instead of doing a collaborative album, he decided to build the division one artist at a time and he started with a former Wayne Management Client, Poet Just Robert.
The multi-award winning spoken word artist has agreed to a one year contract with B.L.E.M.G. with an option for 2019.
Wayne is still awaiting on contract acceptance with MEETSOURCE, Reggae Superstar from Trinidad/Tobago and POPPA GREY, New Jersey Hip Hop sensation. He also has his sights on other artists before the close of the 1st Quarter.
Wayne Management Company celebrated 10 years in business in February. With the 5th year anniversary for B.L.E.M.G. approaching in December 2018,
